Visa processing enabler Atlys raises $36-M in Series C led by Susquehanna Asia VC

Mumbai- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based visa processing platform Atlys has raised USD 36 million in a Series C funding round led by Susquehanna Asia VC. Existing investors Elevation Capital, Long Journey Ventures and Peak XV Partners also participated in the funding round. MakeMyTrip joined in as a new investor.Founded in 2021 by Mohak Nahta, Atlys enables travellers to discover, apply for, and manage visas across over 120 destinations.The new funding will support the company's expansion into additional international markets and the development of its artificial intelligence roadmap. Atlys plans to integrate AI across the visa process, covering document verification, eligibility assessment, and traveller support, and will also expand regulatory integrations and partnerships to enhance visa access.

Between Mar 2023 and Sep 2024, Atlys had attracted about USD 44 M from Accel India, Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners, South Park Commons, DST Global, Headline and othersFor FY25, Atlys had reported about INR 32 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 60 Cr in Net Loss.
