Voice AI startup Bolna raises $6.3 M led by General Catalyst
Bengaluru- and San Francisco, California (USA)-based voice AI startup Bolna has raised INR 57.3 crore (USD 6.3 million) in a seed funding round led by General Catalyst. The round also saw participation from existing investors Y Combinator and Blume Ventures, alongside new investors Orange Collective, Pioneer Fund, Transpose Capital, and Eight Capital.Founded in 2024 by Prateek Sachan and Maitreya Wagh, Bolna specializes in building voice AI tools designed to automate telephonic conversations across business functions, including sales, support, collections, and recruitment.
