Walton Street BlackSoil fund invests Rs.75-Cr in Shapoorji Pallonji's JV project in Mumbai's Ban
Walton Street BlackSoil Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF-II) has invested INR 75 crore in Shapoorji Pallonji Group and Vakratunda Group's joint venture, Vakratunda Buildcon Pvt Ltd (VBPL). VBPL is developing a residential project in Mumbai's Bandra (East) locality and the funds infused will be used to complete the project. The project, BKC 28, consisting of around 150 apartments, is reported to have achieved brisk sales with steady receivables.
