Warburg, Creationsell 10.2% stake In Fusion Micro Finance for Rs.572-Cr

Warburg Pincus and Creation Investments have sold a combined 10.19% stake in Fusion Micro Finance Ltd. for over INR 572 crore via public market transactions. Warburg Pincus, through its affiliate Honey Rose Investment Ltd. sold 64.57 lakh shares (6.39%), while Creation Investments offloaded 38.41 lakh shares (3.8%) for INR 555.6 apiece. As of September this year, Honey Rose Investment held 39.22% stake in the company, while Creation Investments held 13.78% stake.
