Warburg Pincus sells 19.9% stake in CAMS for Rs.2,700-Cr
Private Equity firm Warburg Pincus has sold its entire 19.87% stake in Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) for INR 2,700 crore through open market transactions. Warburg Pincus unit Great Terrain Investment sold 97,59,730 shares at an average price of INR 2,766.47 per share.
