Warehouse developer NDR Smart Spaces attracts Rs.225-Cr from IFC
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has invested INR 225 crore in Chennai-based NDR Smart Spaces, a platform under the warehousing focused NDR Group.Founded in 2025 as a subsidiary of NDR Warehousing , the company develops Grade A warehousing and logistics facilities, including dry warehouses and cold storage, with a focus on Tier II and Tier III markets.The firm plans to use the newly raised capital to develop approximately 20 million sq ft across 14 cities in India, of which about 8 million sq ft is currently under construction. The platform focuses on Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh.
Between Sep 2007 and Jul 2023, NDR Warehousing had attracted about $ 123 M from Kotak Realty Fund and InvestCorp Group.
