Warmup Ventures launches Rs.300-Cr Fund II

Jaipur-based, founders-led Warmup Ventures has launched its second fund - Warmup Fund II - aimed at a corpus of INR 300 crore.The fund, a Category 2 Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), will focus on deep-tech, climate, and sustainability. The fund plans to invest INR 5–7 crore each in 25-30 early-stage startups across sectors with a significant provision for follow-on rounds.Founded in 2023 by Sharad Bansal, Rajendra Lora, and Yogesh Chaudhary, Warmup Ventures has invested in over 15 startups including Bobabhai, RocketPay and Balwaan Krishi.
