Wealth mgmt player Neo Group raises Rs.350-Cr from Peak XV Partners

Mumbai-based wealth and asset management firm Neo Group has raised INR 350 crore in a funding round led by its existing investor, Peak XV Partners. This transaction marks the company’s second capital raise in less than six months, following an INR 500 crore investment from TVS Capital in March.Founded in 2021 by former Bank of America executives Nitin Jain and Kalpesh Shah, Neo provides wealth and asset management services to family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and corporates.The company claims to manage about INR 1.3 lakh crore in client assets and operates across more than 30 cities with a workforce of over 850 professionals. It plans to deploy the new funds to invest in talent, technology, and new product capabilities as it expands its presence across India.

Between Oct 2023 and Mar 2026, Neo Investment Value Advisors had attracted about USD 207 M from MUFG Innovation Partners, Peak XV Partners, TVS Capital, CLSA Capital and others.For FY25, Neo Investment Value Advisors had reported about INR 203.51 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9.19 Cr in Net loss.
