Wealth mgmt startup Ilios 72 raises pre-Series A round
Gurugram-based wealth management firm and private equity platform Ilios 72 has raised a pre-Series A round with participation from family offices based out of Jaipur and Mumbai, at a valuation of about USD 2 million.Co-founded in 2025 by Shivansh Sabharwal and Valmik Iyer, Ilios 72 Alternative Capital has assets under management spanning INR 200 crore. It plans to use the fresh capital for expansion in Jaipur and Kanpur. The company will also target Tier II markets and continue investing in platform capabilities and research depth.
In May 2025, ILIOS 72 had raised INR 1 crore in a seed round from a group of HNIs.
