Wealth-tech platform Rovia raises $1-M led by Antler India

Bengaluru-based Rovia has raised USD 1 million in a pre-seed round led by Antler India, with participation from CDM Capital, AC Ventures, Operators Studio, and several angel investors from India and USA.Founded in 2025 by Shivang Badaya and Arnav Grover, Rovia operates a wealth platform for employees with equity compensation, including restricted stock units (RSUs) and stock plans. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its engineering and product teams, deepen its financial infrastructure and brokerage integrations, and strengthen its regulatory and compliance capabilities.Since its beta launch, Rovia has reported a 100% month-on-month growth in assets under management and currently tracks over USD 60 million in equity compensation assets for users across more than 300 companies. The company has also secured registration as an SEC-registered investment adviser in the USA.
