Wealthtech startup Stable Money raises $14.3 M led by Fundamentum
Bengaluru-based wealthtech platform Stable Money has raised USD 14.3 million (INR 136 Cr) in a Series C funding round led by existing investor, Fundamentum, with participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners, RTP Global and Z47.Founded in 2022 by Saurabh Jain and Harish Reddy, Stable Money allows users to compare and invest in fixed-income products, including fixed deposits and bonds. The company intends to use the capital to support its ongoing operations and growth.Following this investment, Z47 remains the largest external shareholder with a 17.73% stake, followed by RTP Global at 12.82% and Peak XV Partners at 11.69%. The Fundamentum Partnership has increased its stake to 9.9%, while the collective holding of the founders has been diluted to 29.04%.
Between Dec 2022 and Feb 2026, Stable Money had attracted about USD 65 M from Lightspeed Ventures, RTP Global, Z47, Aditya Birla Ventures, Fundamentum and Peak XV Partners.For FY25, Stable Money had reported about INR 4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 40 Cr in Net Loss.
