Well-being platform RoundGlass acquires fitness co Gympik
Personal wellbeing platform RoundGlass has acquired its existing investee firm, the Bengaluru-based fitness discovery platform Gympik Health Solutions. The acquisition will give RoundGlass access to Gympik's gym and club management software platform, Traqade, which is reportedly used by more than 1,000 fitness brands in India. The integration will combine Gympik's network of fitness centres across India with RoundGlass' ecosystem of personal wellbeing solutions, which includes physical and mental healthcare apart from social, and community wellbeing offerings. RoundGlass had first invested in Gympik in 2016.
