Wellington Management sells trucking platform Blackbuck’s shares worth Rs.54-Cr
Cayman Islands-based offshore investment fund Ithan Creek Master Investors (Cayman) L.P.F., managed by Wellington Management, has sold 9.9 lakh shares in Bengaluru-headquartered trucking logistics firm Blackbuck through a bulk deal worth INR 53.7 crore on the NSE. Wellington Management offloaded its 9.9 lakh shares priced at INR 540.54 apiece.Blackbuck connects truck operators with businesses needing to transport goods across India.
For FY24, BlackBuck had reported about INR 297 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 194 Cr in Net Loss.
