Wellness brand Hyugalife raises Rs.100-Cr led by Ivycap Ventures

Mumbai-based Hyugalife operated by Pratech Brands, has raised INR 100 crore in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from First Bridge Fund.Founded in 2021 by Sachin Parikh, Anvi Shah, and Neehar Modi, Hyugalife offers verified nutrition products through its H-Tested programme, which includes direct sourcing and independent lab reports covering nutritional content and heavy metals.The fresh funding will be used by the company to strengthen its personalisation stack, build a dark store network for faster deliveries, and expand into offline retail.

Between Mar-22 and Jun-23, Hyugalife had attracted about USD 9.3 M from Peak XV Partners, RAAY Global Investments, Spring Marketing Capital, Stride Ventures, and others.For FY25, Hyuga had reported about INR 45.33 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 21.32 Cr in Net Loss.
