WestBridge Capital divests 1.2 % stake in B2B marketplace IndiaMART for Rs.190-Cr

Private Equity firm WestBridge Capital, through its unit WestBridge Crossover Fund LLC, has offloaded a 1.2% stake (7.3 lakh shares) in publicly listed online B2B marketplace IndiaMART InterMESH, for INR 190 crore through two block deals on the BSE. The shares were offloaded at an average price of INR 2,601 apiece, taking the deal size to INR 189.87 crore.
