WestBridge Capital sells 12.2% stake in Aptus Value Housing for Rs.2,006-Cr
PE-VC firm WestBridge Capital, via Westbridge Crossover Fund, has sold a 12.2% stake in Chennai-based, publicly-listed Aptus Value Housing Finance India for INR 2,005.9 crore via block deals.Westbridge Crossover Fund LLC sold more than 6.09 crore equity shares of the company at INR 328.85 per share, against its total shareholding of 16.9% (8.09 crore shares) as of June 2025.
Between Jan 2010 and Sep 2019, Aptus Value Housing Finance India had raised about USD 274 M from Madison Capital, Malabar Investments, Peak XV Partners, Steadview Capital, WestBridge, Lok Capital, India Financial Inclusion Fund and others.
