Whatfix acquires voice tech startup Leap.is
Digital adoption platform Whatfix has acquired fellow Bangalore-based Leap.is (previously Jiny), which provides a voice-based, mobile-first onboarding and assistance platform. The acquisition will extend Whatfix's mobile capabilities. Leap's toolset will be integrated with Whatfix's existing applications by adding guidance to mobile apps to improve activations and adoption, reduce time-to-ship for onboarding experiences, and increase the customization of user experiences overall.
