WhatsApp-based conversational commerce platform Gallabox raises $3.5 M led by Fuse

Chennai-headquartered Gallabox has raised USD 3.5 million in a seed funding round led by Fuse, with participation from existing investors Prime Venture Partners and Neon Fund. This funding brings the company’s total capital raised to USD 5 million.The newly-raised capital will be allocated to strengthen its product capabilities and expand its global footprint.Founded in 2021 by Karthik Jagannathan, Yogesh Narayanan, and Yathin Panchanathan, Gallabox is a no-code workspace that uses WhatsApp to scale businesses with shared inbox, no-code chatbot, and broadcasts. It enables deployment of enterprise-grade AI automation on WhatsApp and claims to serve over 10,000 businesses across 45 countries.
