White Whale gets Sebi nod to float Rs.250-Cr secondaries fund

Mumbai-headquartered multi-disciplinary investment firm White Whale has got the capital markets regulator Sebi's approval to float a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The fund will focus on secondary deals, with a target corpus of INR 250 crore with a greenshoe option of the same amount.The sector-agnostic fund will focus on late stage companies which are eyeing a public market listing in 18-36 months.
