Women’s apparel seller UniqYou raises Rs.16-Cr led by Arkam Ventures, Antler
Bengaluru-based UniqYou has raised INR 15.8 crore in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures and Antler India at a post-money valuation of approximately INR 64 crore. The transaction saw participation from several angel investors, including Ankit Garg, Abhishek Goyal, Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Raveen Sastry, and Nandita Sinha.UniqYou will issue 37,487 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 4,215 per share to raise the capital. Following the investment, Arkam Ventures holds a 14.93% stake in the company, while Antler owns 7.96%.Founded in 2026, UniqYou sells women’s apparel. The company operates a platform that uses AI to identify emerging fashion trends and offer relevant products to consumers. UniqYou plans to use the fresh proceeds to meet its working capital needs.
