Women & children focused Ankura Hospitals attracts Rs.165-Cr from ADB

Hyderabad-based Ankura Hospitals has attracted INR 165 crore from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).The new funds will be used to enhance the firm’s pediatric, maternity and gynaecology services, expand its facilities in cities across India, and strengthen market presence.Founded in 2011 by Dr.Krishna Prasad Rao, Ankura Hospitals specialises in super-speciality tertiary and quaternary care services for women and children .
In Jul 2019, Ankura Hospital had attracted about USD 10 M from InvAscent.For FY24, Ankura Hospital had reported about INR 374 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 53 Cr in Net Loss.
