Women activewear brand Blissclub raises Rs.160-Cr

Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) activewear brand BlissClub has raised INR 160 crore in a funding round led by Singularity AMC with participation from Minu Margeret (the company’s founder) and Vidit Aatrey (Meesho), alongside existing VC investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures.Founded in 2020, BlissClub is a D2C athleisure brand that creates activewear designed for Indian women. The company plans to use the new funds to support its category expansion, accelerate the scale-up of its offline retail presence, strengthen product development, and support hiring initiatives.

Between Apr 2021 and May 2025, BlissClub had attracted about $26 M from Elevation Capital, Stride Ventures, Arun Sarin Family, Eight Roads Ventures, Alteria Capital, Good Capital, Others.For FY25, BlissClub had reported about INR 132 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 20 Cr in Net Loss.
