Women wellness brand Nua raises Rs.35-Cr led by Mirabilis Investment Trust
Mumbai-based female wellness brand Nua has raised INR 35 crore in a Pre-Series C round led by Mirabilis Investment Trust. The round also saw participation from Samir Singh (EVP - Asia, Colgate Palmolive) and Shuchi Kothari (Head, DSP Family Office).The new funds will be used for retail expansion and to introduce new products across key channels such as marketplaces, quick commerce and offline retail.Founded in 2017 by Ravi Ramachandran, Nua is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand selling feminine hygiene products. The firm claims to have built a community of nearly 4 lakh women.
Between Mar 2018 and Apr 2021, Nua had raised about USD 12 M from Kae Capital, Lightbox and OthersFor FY24, Nua had reported about INR 47 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 15 Cr in Net Loss.
