Women's occasion-wear player Koskii raises Rs.61-Cr led by Baring India
Bengaluru-based women's occasion-wear brand Koskii has raised INR 61 crore in a Series A round of funding led by Baring Private Equity Partners India. Investment banking firm Steer Advisors, which acted as the sole transaction advisor to Koskii, also participated in the funding round. The fresh capital will be used to hire talent, expand offline stores, strengthen online presence, and invest in technology platforms. Koskil was founded in 2017 by brothers Umar Akhter, Sameen Eajaz, and Haroon Rashid.
