Wound-care focused MedVital raises Rs.18-Cr led by Alkemi Growth Capital
Gurugram-based MedVital has raised INR 18 crore (USD 1.89 million) in a funding round led by Alkemi Growth Capital, with participation from Sanjay Arora and Shubhan Ventures, alongside existing investors, 4point0 Health Ventures and several angel investors.Founded in 2024, MedVital specializes in advanced wound care and regenerative aesthetics. The startup operates in the advanced wound care category through its NoWound portfolio, which features negative pressure wound therapy systems and liquid bandage products designed for hospital use. These products are claimed to have been adopted across more than 200 healthcare institutions in India. MedVital has also launched Elyara, a regenerative aesthetics product line focused on non-invasive skin and hair restoration treatments.The fresh funds will be used to expand its operations, accelerate product development, and strengthen capabilities across medical devices, biomaterials, and biologics.
In May-25, MedVital had raised funding from 4point0 Health Ventures and others.
