WSB Real Estate invests Rs.55-Cr in Shapoorji Pallonji’s project BKC 9 in Mumbai

WSB Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF II) has invested INR 55 crore in realty developer Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate’s joint venture residential project in Mumbai’s Bandra East suburb.Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate is developing this project BKC 9 on a 0.41-acre plot near Western Express Highway along with its joint venture partner Vakratunda Buildcon Private Ltd (VBPL). The developer expects the project to generate revenue worth over INR 250 crore. It is expected to generate revenue of over INR 250 crore.
