WSB Real Estate raises Rs.700-Cr for Fund III
WSB Real Estate Partners (formerly Walton Street Capital) has raised over INR 700 crore for WSB Real Estate Debt Fund III in its first close of the Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) with a targeted corpus of INR 1,000 croreThe fund aims to invest across mid-income and affordable housing projects within tier I cities and select tier II Indian cities. It has a term of six years from initial closing, further extendable by up to two periods of one year each.
