Xponentia Capital sells Barbeque Nation shares worth Rs.120-Cr, registers 4.57x return

Xponentia Capital, via Xponentia Opportunities Fund I, has sold 1,043,480 equity shares (2.69% stake) at INR 1,150.57 per share of publicly listed Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd on Feb 24, 2022 through a bulk deal on NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 120.06 Cr. Post the sale, the investor would have 543,822 equity shares (1.40% stake) in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2021, Xponentia Capital invested INR 40 Cr at INR 252 per share for 4.68% stake in the company as part of pre-IPO placement. The company got listed in Mar 2021 at INR 500 per share.
