YourNest VC reaches final close of Rs.400-Cr continuity fund
Deep tech-focused venture capital firm YourNest has raised INR 400 crore in the final close of its Continuum Fund I. HDFC AMC Fund of Funds participated in the transaction as an institutional anchor investor. Over 30% of the fund's capital was provided by existing family offices and high-net-worth individuals who had invested in the firm’s previous funds.Co-founded by Sunil Goyal, YourNest focuses on deep tech and emerging technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, healthtech, and enterprise software. The new fund acts as a continuation vehicle designed to provide strategic support and additional capital to high-performing portfolio companies from the firm's earlier funds as they scale. The fund expects to deploy an average investment of INR 58 crore to help companies navigate their growth stages and pursue liquidity events.
