Zaggle acquires 26% in digital payments processor Mobileware for Rs.16-Cr
Listed fintech SaaS startup Zaggle has acquired a 26% stake in Mumbai-headquartered digital payments processor Mobileware for INR 15.6 crore.Mobileware offers an integrated product suite of NPCI certified switch solutions across UPI, IMPS, AEPS & BBPS, along with an API & Agency banking platform called Transxt. It reported a turnover of INR 16.99 Cr for FY24.
