Zaggle acquires 98.32% stake in I-T return filing enabler Span Across
Mumbai-based Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has acquired 10,66,314 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each at INR 300.80 per share constituting 98.32% stake cash in Delhi-based Span Across IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.Span Across deals in online income tax return preparation services under the brand TaxSapnner . It claims to have achieved a turnover of INR 4.73 crore for the year 2023-24.
Between Nov 2010 and Nov 2012, TaxSpanner had raised funding from Rehan yar Khan, Sunil Kalra, Alok Mittal, Anupam Mittal, Indian Angel Network and Sunil Kalra.
