Zaggle drops full acquisition of fellow spend management startup DICE; cuts deal value to Rs 68-Cr

Hyderabad-based, publicly listed Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has restructured its acquisition of the spend management startup DICE Enterprises . The deal, initially announced in June 2025 as a full entity buyout with an indicative value of Rs 123-Cr, has been revised to an asset-purchase agreement valued at Rs 68-Cr.Under the new terms, Zaggle will acquire DICE’s spend management platform, associated intellectual property, enterprise contracts, and a team of approximately 100 technology professionals.
