Zaggle to buy fellow spend mgmt platform Dice Enterprises for Rs.123-Cr
Publicly listed, Hyderabad-based fintech company Zaggle is to acquire Pune-based enterprise spend management startup Dice Enterprises Ltd for INR 123 crore (about USD 14.3 million). Dice has reported a turnover of INR 6.32 crore for FY24.This acquisition will strengthen Zaggle's product portfolio, give access to Dice’s customer base, and help it scale both in India and globally.Dice, founded in 2018 by Lakshay Jain, Sonam Khubchandani, Prashant Kushwah and Manohar Vashishta offers tools for managing travel, expenses, procurement and accounts payables.
Between Mar 2023 and Jun 2024, Dice had attracted about USD 5 M from Dallas Venture Capital, GVFL and Agility Ventures.For FY24, Dice had reported about INR 6 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 14 Cr in Net Loss.
