Aditya Birla Mutual Fund's Rs.2,768-Cr IPO subscribed 5.24 times
The public issue of mutual fund firm Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC was subscribed 5.24 times. Investors have put in bids for 14.56 crore equity shares against offer size of 2.77 crore equity shares, garnering bids worth INR 2,347 crore. Qualified institutional buyers bought 10.36 times their reserved portion and the part set aside for non-institutional investors was subscribed 4.39 times. Retail investors have put in bids 3.24 times their quota and the bids by existing shareholders was 1.53 times their reserved portion. The AMC planned to mobilise INR 2,768 crore through its initial public offering that is an offer for sale by the promoters - Aditya Birla Capital and Sun Life AMC. The price band for the offer was INR 695-712 per share.
