Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC attracts Rs 789-Cr from anchor investors

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has raised INR 788.95 crore from 50 anchor investors ahead of its IPO. The company will allocate 1,10,80,800 equity shares to the anchor investors at a price of INR 712 per share. The company plans to raise INR 2,768 crore through its public issue that is entirely an offer for sale by promoters - Aditya Birla Capital and Sun Life (India) AMC Investments. The price band for the offer has been fixed at INR 695 - 712 per equity share.
