AGS Health, SRIT India get Sebi’s nod for IPOs
AGS Health and SRIT India have received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs).Mumbai-based AGS Health has filed via a confidential route for their maiden public offerings. AGS Health is a revenue cycle management (RCM) company that provides software and outsourcing services to healthcare organisations. It handles medical coding, billing, and claims, allowing hospitals to reduce claim denials and recover lost revenue.Bengaluru-based SRIT India (Sobha Renaissance Information Technology) is an enterprise technology and software solutions company that builds and manages large-scale digital platforms for governments, telecom operators, and healthcare providers. The firm’s IPO consists of a fresh issue of 1.68 crore equity shares. The company plans to allocate these funds toward product modernisation, redevelopment, working capital requirements, and growth through acquisitions.
Between Aug 2017 and Jul 2025, AGS Health had attracted about $ 1,550 M from Altaris Capital, MTS Investors, EQT Private Capital Asia and Blackstone.For FY25, AGS Health had reported about INR 1,195 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 143 Cr in PAT.
