Amusement park operator Wonderla completes Rs.540-Cr QIP fundraise
Bengaluru-headquartered amusement park operator Wonderla Holidays has closed its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise INR 540 crore. The QIP attracted participation from domestic and international investors, including Tata, SBI, Amundi, Morgan Stanley, and ODIN.The proceeds will be used for the company’s growth and enhance its operational excellence. Of the total amount raised, INR 78 crore will be used for general corporate purposes, while the rest will be used for business expansion.
