Anya Polytech & Fertilizers’ Rs.44.80 Cr IPO subscribed 78 times
The SME initial public offering (IPO) of Noida-based Anya Polytech & Fertilizers was subscribed 47.71 times. The company aims to raise INR 44.80 crore through the IPO, with the shares set to list on the NSE Emerge platform.Subscriptions from retail investors stood at 73.91 times, while the non-institutional investors had subscribed by 46.28 times. The qualified institutional buyers had subscribed to 2.95 times the allotted portion.The net proceeds from the IPO will fund capital expenditures for plant and machinery, working capital for Anya Polytech & Fertilizers, a new project under Yara Green Energy, and requirements for Arawali Phosphate.
