Ashok Soota sells 6% stake in Happiest Minds for Rs. 763-Cr

Ashok Soota, founder of publicly-listed IT Services firm Happiest Minds Technologies, has sold a 6% stake in the company via a bulk deal realising INR 762.8 crore. He had held a 38.34% stake in the company as on March 31, 2024.
