Audio storytelling platform Kuku FM to file updated DRHP
Bengaluru-based Kuku Technologies , the parent company of the audio storytelling platform Kuku FM and the microdrama application Kuku TV, plans to file an updated prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) within the next three weeks and is targeting a public listing by the first half of 2027.Kuku is an audio storytelling platform and microdrama application provider. The company previously filed confidential draft papers with Sebi in June for an IPO of INR 3,500-Cr.The firm intends to use the capital raised through the public offering for operations and growth initiatives.
Between Sep 2018 and Mar 2026, Kuku FM had attracted about $ 158 M from India Quotient, Shunwei Capital, 3ONE4 Capital, Fundamentum, IFC, Vertex, Midas Deals, Krafton, Paramark Ventures, Tribe Capital, Others.For FY25, Kuku FM had reported about INR 242 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 153 Cr in Net Loss.
