B2B fintech solutions provider Veefin’s to list on main board

Mumbai-based SME stock exchange listed fintech SaaS company Veefin Solutions is to migrate its stock from the BSE SME platform to the main board of the BSE as well as list it on the NSE.Founded in 2020 by Gautam Udani and Raja Debnath, Veefin develops supply chain finance and digital lending software for banks, NBFCs, fintech startups, and enterprises. The company made its initial listing on the BSE SME platform in 2023.

For FY26, Veefin had reported about INR 71 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 18 Cr in PAT.
