Bajaj Finserv's promoters divest 1.79% stake for Rs.5,505-Cr

Publicly listed Bajaj Finserv promoter entities Jamnalal Sons and Bajaj Holdings and Investment have divested 1.79% stake in the company. The two entities sold 28.6 million shares at INR 1,925.2 a piece to raise INR 5,505 crore. The buyers were a clutch of mutual funds and foreign investors.Ahead of the share sale, promoter entities held a 60.64% stake in Bajaj Finserv.
