Bank of India to go for Rs.3,000-Cr QIP

State-owned Bank of India has approved the launch of a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), aimed at raising INR 3,000 crore equity capital to fund business growth and meet regulatory compliance. The bank has set the floor price for the issue at INR 66.19 per share.
