Bhavish Aggarwal sells 2.6 Cr Ola Electric shares for Rs.91-Cr to repay loan
Bhavish Aggarwal sold 2.6 crore shares of Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler maker Ola Electric through a bulk deal, generating INR 91 crore.This transaction, representing approximately 0.6% equity in the company, was undertaken to facilitate the repayment of a promoter-level loan amounting to INR 260 crore. The repayment will lead to the release of 3.93% of Aggarwal's Ola Electric shares that were previously pledged.Post-transaction, the promoter group will maintain approximately 34% equity in the company.
