Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks files for Rs.2,600-Cr IPO
Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks has launched an initial public offering (IPO) to raise INR 2,600 crore through a fresh issue of shares. The company has fixed the price band at INR 57-60 per share.The company operates an industrial and logistics platform that has expanded from 3 million sq ft in 2022 to nearly 28.6 million sq ft. With a total build potential of 61 million sq ft, the firm intends to use the proceeds to reduce debt and support the development of its remaining 33 million sq ft pipeline.
For FY25, Horizon Industrial Parks had reported about INR 131 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9 Cr in Net Loss.
