Bottle caps maker Cool Caps IPO to open on March 10 on NSE SME platform

Cool Caps Industries, a manufacturer of plastic bottle caps and closures, is launching its IPO on March 10. The company will be listed on NSE Emerge, the MSME platform of the NSE. The company proposes to sell 30,60,000 equity shares under the book building process to raise INR 11.62 crore. It has appointed Holani Consultants to manage the issue, whereas Link Intime India is the registrar for the issue.
