Brigade Hotel Ventures’ Rs.760-Cr IPO subscribed over 1.3 times

The INR 759.6 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Bengaluru-based hospitality player Brigade Hotel Ventures , entirely a fresh issue, was subscribed 1.34 times. The IPO isThe IPO received bids for 6.85 crore shares against 5.11 crore on offer. The retail investors portion was subscribed 5.18 times, followed by that of non-institutional investors (NIIs) at 1.13 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 8%.Brigade plans to use INR 468.14 crore to repay debt. Another INR 107.52 crore will go towards acquiring an undivided share of land from its parent company, Brigade Enterprises. The rest will be allocated for strategic acquisitions.Founded in 2004, Brigade Hotel Ventures operates nine hotels across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Chennai, Kochi, and GIFT City in Gujarat. It manages properties under global hospitality brands like Marriott, Accor, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

In Jul 2025, Brigade Hotel Ventures had attracted about USD 15 M from 360 ONE.For FY24, Brigade Hotel Ventures had reported about INR 402 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 31 Cr in PAT.
