Capital SFB in talks to appoint advisors for Rs.700-Cr IPO: report

Capital Small FInance Bank (SFB) is preparing for an INR 450-700 crore (USD 60-94 million) IPO. Capital SFB is said to be close to hiring Edelweiss and Axis Capital to manage the iPO, and may hire one more banker. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and J Sagar Associates are expected to be roped in as legal counsel.
