Centrum Capital to raise Rs.1,500-Cr via QIP, NCD issues

Centrum Capital Ltd (CCL) plans to raise up to INR 500 crore in equity capital from institutional investors to fund organic and inorganic opportunities. The CCL board has also cleared an issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of up to INR 1,000 crore, in one or more tranches.
