Cloud communications player Route Mobile’s promoter acquires stake in rival Tanla Platforms
Rajdipkumar Chandrakant Gupta, the promoter of Mumbai-headquartered cloud communications platform Route Mobile, has acquired a 0.6% stake in competitor Tanla Platforms . The transaction was executed through a bulk deal on the NSE.The investment involved the purchase of 8 lakh shares of Tanla Platforms at INR 635.42 per share. The total value of this transaction was INR 50.8 Cr.
Between Aug 2018 and Nov 2021, Tanla Platforms had attracted about $ 43 M from PremjiInvest, Blackstone.For FY25, Tanla Platforms had reported about INR 854 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 314 Cr in PAT.
